These terms govern your use of OneGoal. By using or purchasing the service, you agree to them and confirm that you can enter this agreement.
OneGoal provides a daily accountability service built around one goal, one email, and one reply. It is not emergency, medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.
Provide accurate information, keep private account links secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, or submit goals involving harm, violence, harassment, stalking, fraud, hate, dangerous medical behavior, disordered eating, or illegal activity.
We may decline unsupported goals or suspend access when needed to protect people, the service, or these terms. See our boundaries.
Paid plans renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Stripe processes payments and provides the billing portal. Taxes may apply. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription using the account link in a OneGoal email.
Cancellation stops future renewal according to the date shown in the billing portal. Unless required by law, charges already incurred are not automatically refundable. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.
We work to provide a reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted delivery or a particular outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. To the extent permitted by law, OneGoal is provided “as is,” and liability is limited to the amount you paid OneGoal during the previous twelve months.
You may pause, complete, unsubscribe, cancel, or request deletion through the lifecycle and account controls. We may update these terms as the service changes; material updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
