Effective July 9, 2026. Collecting less is a form of respect.
OneGoal stores the information needed to provide the ritual: your email address, goal and context you choose to share, timezone and delivery preference, subscription status, check-ins, replies, remembered moments derived from those replies, and lifecycle actions.
We also receive limited operational data such as request identifiers, timestamps, delivery events, payment status, and security logs. Stripe handles full payment-card details; OneGoal does not store them.
We use this information to evaluate whether a goal is supportable, activate and bill the service, write and deliver daily check-ins, match replies, remember useful context, provide account controls, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve OneGoal.
We do not sell your personal information or use your goals or replies for advertising.
OneGoal uses service providers only where needed: Vercel for website hosting and runtime delivery, Neon for application data, OpenAI to help us determine whether OneGoal can responsibly support a goal and to help generate daily emails, Resend for email delivery and inbound replies, and Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, and billing. We provide only the information needed for those parts of the service.
Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.
We retain account and relationship data while the service is active and afterward only as reasonably needed for operations, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Billing records may be retained separately where required. Cancellation stops the subscription; it does not automatically delete relationship history.
You can request access, correction, or deletion through Support. You can also request account deletion from the account page. We use access controls, secret-protected webhooks, encrypted provider connections, and operational logging, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
OneGoal is not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice as the service or legal requirements change and will post the effective date here.
